I am teaching a conversation class at the university. I have posted graded student homework papers on the large l, old fashioned green blackboard at the front of the room behind where I'm teaching. It's the start of class and I'm chatting up the students who have already arrived, but I'm only wearing a sheet wrapped around the lower half of my body. I'm looking for a t shirt and other clothes to discreetly put on, but there are only random linens on the table/chairs between me and the students. I'm giving a quiz today, so there are students who don't normally come to class, like a native speaker of the language I'm teaching who doesn't know basic words or structures. During the warmup/review I give prompts for indefinite pronouns/adverbs (e.g., en la fiesta, queríamos música pero no había ninguna). A colleague came in to the class and we talked with the students about the Covid-19 signs still posted in layers (about the possibility of temporary class cancelations). I offered the signs to students and thought about keeping one too
